Hi, I'm David Harris, Personal Fitness Trainer based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire.


 I specialize in helping clients with weight loss, nutritional advice, toning, strength training, core strength, post-natal fitness and fitness in general, but I can also train you for a specific event such as a race, holiday, a big birthday or a wedding.

Reaching your fitness goals can be hard. It's not always clear which is the most effective way to go to get to where you want to be. You may have tried in the past and not succeeded,or looked at others and wondered why they can do it and you can't! The secret is... Knowledge!


It begins with having the right knowledge and applying that knowledge to you as an individual, to make sure that you achieve what you set out to do and that's what I can provide. Results!
