Hi, I'm David Harris, Personal Fitness Trainer based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire.

 I specialize in helping clients with weight loss, nutritional advice, toning, strength training, core strength, post-natal fitness and fitness in general but I can also train you for a specific event such as a race, holiday or wedding.

Reaching your fitness goals can be hard. It's not always clear which is the most effective way to go to get to where you want to be. You may have tried in the past and not succeeded, and looked at others and wondered why they can do it and you can't! The secret is... Knowledge!

It begins with having the right knowledge and applying that knowledge to you as an individual, to make sure you achieve what you set out to do and that's what I can provide.

Working with me takes the guesswork out of the equation. 

There is nothing like having your own Personal Trainer to help you be the weight you want to be, the fitness level you want to achieve and to have the body you want.

I will keep you motivated and make sure your personal training sessions are fun but challenging, giving your workouts a real boost and keeping you on track to make sure you get the results that you have worked hard for and deserve.

It's the perfect way to improve your health, fitness, exercise and nutritional knowledge, confidence and weight management, especially if you do not like going to the gym, or if you are really nervous about taking the first step. We will work together and achieve what you have set out to do.
