My name is David Harris and I am a Personal Trainer based in Marlow Buckinghamshire.

I have been training for over 30 years and I understand the challenges of training as we grow older, but it's never too late to start.
I take the guesswork out of achieving your goals. All the programming is done for you. This eliminates routine and challenges you in each and every session to help you to achieve your own personal goals.
I am a fully qualified fitness instructor and a qualified and insured Personal Trainer and nutritionist.
I am DBS checked. I work with the young and the elderly, athletes, people whom have never picked up a dumbbell before to seasoned gym goers.
