My name is David Harris and I am a Personal Trainer based in Marlow Buckinghamshire.


Whether you need help to lose weight and keep it off, improve your fitness, diet and core strength, or maybe you have a goal in mind to transform your body or you have been going to the gym for a while but you're not getting the results that you want.

I have been training for over 30 years and I understand the challenges of training as we grow older, but it's never too late to start.

I take the guesswork out of achieving your goals. All the programming is done for you. This eliminates routine and challenges you in each and every session to help you to achieve your own personal goals.

I am a fully qualified fitness instructor and a qualified and insured Personal Trainer and nutritionist.

I am DBS checked. I work with the young and the elderly, athletes, people whom have never picked up a dumbbell before  to seasoned gym goers.

Living a healthy lifestyle begins with the right mindset to make a change and improve your lifestyle by maintaining a well-balanced diet and a strong fit body.

I totally understand how life's pressures and commitments can seemingly make it feel impossible to fit exercise into an already hectic schedule, but it is possible, it's important to your physical and mental health and I will work with you to make it happen.

I know that most of you reading this will have at some point in your life, tried a fad diet or exercise programme that didn't work. Maybe you've tried many diets over the years and have been left with the feeling it's never going to work.


So much money is spent on gym memberships that you either never use or you just go and do the same thing (not really sure what you are doing) With a gym membership there is no diet or nutritional support, no consequence. If you decide to train with me, you will have a fully qualified professional who understands the way the body works. I will be by your side, motivating you to ensure your workouts are productive but also enjoyable.


Many people fail at weight loss as they lack the knowledge or realisation of their daily calorie consumption. I will help you to achieve a balanced diet. I would realistically expect a client with 4 stone (48lb) to lose to achieve this in 6- 7 months at a cost of £45 per week. No fad diets, just a sustainable change of lifestyle.


This is not a quick fix because quick fixes do not work. Think about the money you have wasted on the gym over the years and ask yourself, wouldn't you rather spend this money to feel fit and healthy from the inside out, improve your self-confidence and finally have that body that makes you feel really good about yourself?
